Continuum of Care Forum

The Continuum of Care Forum was held in Denver, Colorado, September 19-20, providing a unique opportunity for organizations that are leading Continuums of Care (CoCs) to consider critical planning, policy and performance issues. Sponsored by HUD, the Forum included presentations on CoC planning and management, as well as other challenges and opportunities related to the important work of CoCs in their communities. Plenary: HUD Perspective

CoC Planning:

CoC Planning presentations were delivered simultaneously in multiple rooms. Participants selected a room based on the characteristics of their organization and locality. The six presentations listed below are largely identical but each contains 2-3 unique slides specific to a CoC representative presentation.
