HUD invites public comments on the proposed
rule for the Rural Housing Stability Assistance
Program (RHSP), published in the Federal Register
on March 27, 2013. The rule includes a new
proposed definition of "chronically homeless,"
on which HUD is also seeking comments. The
public comment period closes May 28, 2013.

FY2012 CoC Program funds to renew
support for over 7,000 local programs.
